Threaded is currently only shipping domestically within South Africa.
All products and kits purchased from the shop will be delivered to your doorstep.

Order totals below R200 have a fixed shipping fee of R70

Order totals between R200 and R500 have a reduced shipping fee of R35

Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping 🎉

Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days of confirmation of payment.
Items are delivered within 1-3 days of shipping by the courier services.

Your parcel can be tracked when the oder fulfilment email has been sent. This will contain the courier service details, tracking number and link.
Additional charges may be required for special delivery areas. We will get in touch prior to delivery for the arrangement of additional shipping costs in the rare case that these apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We permit returns/exchanges when the product delivered to you is damaged or defective, or if the incorrect product has been delivered to you.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchased items, please get in touch within thirty (30) days of delivery of the product to let us know about the issue via our website contact form. If more than thirty (30) days have passed since you purchased the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please make sure that the returned product is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return address will be provided in the correspondence.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept the return. If your return is approved, we will replace or exchange the damaged product.
Gift Cards are excluded from the above policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. Once you have registered and paid for a workshop, refunds will not be provided for any reason, including inability to attend.
Workshop registrations are non-transferable to another workshop date.

Please ensure you are able to attend the workshop on the specified date and time before completing your booking
In rare circumstances, Threaded reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop. If this occurs, registered participants will be notified and offered the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled workshop or receive a refund.
